Oil Fired Condensing Heating System

The FCX features a steel, primary, non-condensing heat exchanger coupled to a condensing, stainless secondary heat exchanger making it ideal for year-round domestic hot water when paired with our BS line of indirect hot water tanks. Its built-in three-way mixing valve permits all-season comfort at maximum efficiency.

Since the gas temperature only ranges from 170° to 185° and the unit has extremely low emission flue gas, this oil-fired burner is able to use a plastic flue piping system (no chimney necessary). And since it uses sealed-combustion, taking air from outside via a concentric vent, it effectively eliminates annoying cold air drafts.
